Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. This excludes underwear, that cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Please contact us by email if you wish to return an item, stating your name and address, the item number and the reason for returning.

All items that are returned must be in their original packaging, with labels intact and must not have been worn.

Please return in appropriate packaging and use a signed for carrier. We need to ensure that the parcel arrives back with us safely.

Chameleon Clothing by Jackie are not responsible for the return postage.
